Translate the real workflow into the SimplyOS organisation, modules, masters, roles, permissions and data-scope model before configuring execution.

Configuration and data readiness

Prepare the required masters, commercial structures, user access and operational configuration. Data movement should be scoped to what the target operating model actually needs.

Integrations and coexistence

Connect the systems that need to remain in the landscape. SimplyOS can be evaluated as a progressive consolidation layer rather than forcing a reckless rip-and-replace approach.

Validation and UAT

Test the workflows that matter end to end, including permissions, exceptions, financial integrity, partner workspaces and the operational consequences of each state transition.

Go-live and controlled adoption

Move into production with clear ownership, support routes and governance. Scope, sequencing and rollout shape depend on the actual operating environment rather than a universal deployment template.

Coexistence

Connected does not have to mean all at once.

An enterprise may already rely on ERP, finance, customer, compliance, carrier or warehouse systems. The implementation question is not how quickly those systems can be removed.
